On Saturday , I got notification from Samsung saying that , I have to install new software update !! And I downloaded the software later it asked to install the software I opted to install then , it showed it will restart after installing the software then after I waited for * hours it never turned on !! , I lost my phone !!! I went to service center they said that it’s out of warranty we can’t to from our side !! Indirectly they agreed that it’s due to their software defect!!
My phone is ** months old and is just * months beyond warranty
