While installing, Jio team provided me the information that i will get full refund of my money post * month trial. I had many speed issue with Jio Fiber and returned the device. No one came for the pick up of the device. After tens of email, someone came for the pickup and now my refund has not been done fully. Only *** came back. I addressed my concern to them, they said as the device was not picked up with ** days, only device charges has been refunded. Is it my fault if someone didn't come for the pick up ??
I have emailed them several times for pickup then the ground engineer was appointed. Bullshit
