Subject: Formal Complaint Against Jio Fiber Representative, DP Tiwari
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the Jio Fiber representative named DP Tiwari, operating in the Sainik Vihar area of Delhi, with phone number ***********. My experience with Mr. Tiwari has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I wish to bring to your attention the deceptive practices and lack of service I have encountered.
On * Feb **** Mr. Tiwari visited my premises to install Jio Fiber. Prior to the installation, he assured me that upon installation, there would be a significant increase in internet speed, and I would also be eligible for a complimentary Amazon Prime membership. However, despite numerous attempts to communicate with him regarding these promises post-installation, Mr. Tiwari has failed to respond to any of my inquiries or complaints.
It is evident to me that Mr. Tiwari's actions were deceitful and aimed at misleading customers into accepting Jio Fiber services under false pretenses. His lack of response and failure to honor the commitments made prior to installation reflect poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Jio Fiber as a service provider.
I urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against Mr. DP Tiwari for his unethical behavior and breach of trust. Additionally, I request that the promises made to me prior to installation, including the increase in internet speed and the provision of Amazon Prime membership, be fulfilled without further delay.
I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. As a loyal customer of Jio Fiber, I expect better service standards and adherence to ethical business practices.
