I ordered a cake and a bouquet on a specific date on May. I paid the required amount, but then they said that they can't deliver due to lock down. Then they said me to choose a gift from their site, I didn't want to buy any gift and told them for refund. Then one of their employer called me and said that he would deliver the gift that I want, even if it isn't available on the site. So I sent him my gift details, and he hasn't done anything yet. He have blocked my number and isn't responding to my texts. I have also sent emails to the company, but they didn't reply. I want my money back. Please don't steal people's money.
