This complaint is with reference to below * orders from Coolwinks.com

I have placed this * orders online on **.**.**** from the coolwinks mobile app. The orders got delivered on **.**.**** and **.**.**** respectively. I have placed these orders under ***% money back offer by coolwinks.
*. Attached is the screenshot of the offer. As per the offer money back will be processed after ** days from the date of delivery. So in order to confirm that my order is eligible for ***% money back offer or not, I have called the coolwinks customer care on **.**.**** at *:**
pm (attached is the recording for the same). Where I have clearly asked that I will get ***% money back otherwise there is no use of it, coolwinks representative has clearly replied that yes your order value is more than Rs.**** and as per the terms and condition you will get ***% money back.
Now even after ** days of delivery my money back has not been processed. When I have called customer care they are saying that you have applied promo code bye one get one free. There is no such promo code attached is the screenshot of the existing promo code of Coolwinks.
*. If my order was not eligible for ***% money back they should have informed me on **.**.**** at *:** pm when I have called the Coolwinks customer care to know the eligibility of the order.
*. Why are they saying now after ** days when I cannot return the product.
This is harassing me mentally and financially. I am depressed too much that I have lost my hard earned money to fraud website services like this.
