I have ordered Frame with lens which costed me around Rs****. It got delivered on **th May '**. According to the Offer I need to get a cashback of Rs****.
Terms says one should not apply any offer so I didnt.
Now they say that as the FRAME is Free so FREE-FRAME offer is applied on this. It is nowhere mentioned in the terms that this offer is not applied on FREE FRAME.
I even enquired about the cashback offer via mail.
They said it seems you are eligible. If they have mentioned that I was not eligible I would have returned the product.
Please help me in getting the cashback or I'm even ready to return the product with my money back.
The following are the terms they mentioned.

Moneyback is offered by Coolwinks. It will be credited in the original/source mode of payment.Valid for both old & new customers.Offer is valid twice per user during the offer period.Valid on all prepaid modes of payment (Wallet, Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking).
Moneyback will be credited **-days post-delivery of the product.Offer valid from **th May **** (**:** hours) to **th May **** (**:** hours).This offer is valid on Coolwinks Desktop, Msite & App (iOS and Android).Pay via Amazon Pay, Airtel Payments Bank or Google Pay and get additional cashback over and above the ***% moneyback offer.
This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
