I had made a claim for mobile screen replacement. I paid the service fee of Rs. ****.
The person came for up pick without giving a prior notice or intimation. I scheduled a new pick up request by calling the call center. They said they would pick up the mobile in * days. This happened * times. Now they are not replacing the screen or issuing a refund. Fraud company
