- Misused my Pan Card Open

I gave my pan card to create Oyo agent Id but their manager Mr Saukat and Mr Prashanth had created another id without my knowledge and given it to someone else. This is illegal and If it gets misused my name will come. I have contacted with Oyo but nothing has happened. Now they are saying they cannot create another id also as one id has already been created once.
