I traveled from Delhi to Silchar via Calcutta on **-**-****, and unfortunately, my luggage has not been located despite more than ** days passing since my arrival. This has been a highly distressing experience, and the lack of information and assistance from airline has only added to my frustration.
The contents of my luggage hold a considerable value of approximately **,*** INR, and the inability to retrieve it has resulted in numerous difficulties for me.
To provide a brief overview of the situation, a member of staff sent me a photograph of some luggage, and upon verification, I confirmed that the pictured items were indeed mine. However, the very next day, I was informed that someone else had claimed ownership of the same luggage, creating confusion and uncertainty about the status of my belongings.
Since then, I have not received any updates regarding the location or retrieval of my luggage. This has resulted in numerous inconveniences and challenges for me, as the items in my luggage are essential for both personal and professional purposes.
