I was travelling from Bangalore to Toronto via Delhi by Air India flight on **st may ****. My flight from Bangalore to Delhi was at **/**/**** at *pm IST and reached Delhi at **:**AM IST on */**/****. Connecting flight from Delhi to Toronto was at *:**AM IST **/**/****. Initially at Bangalore I was charged rs.***** for extra baggage and later on in Delhi again I was charged *****rs for the same. No one has informed about it earlier that we have to pay at the every airport we have connecting flight. This is just a scam to loot money from passengers. When I said I can’t pay that much they stopped me boarding the flight till I pay the money, This is all jus scam. I want my money to be refunded.
