I ordered food from shree mithai licated in anna nagar. The total cost of the order was **** rs. Among which a item was missing which cost around *** rs. Item name is mutter paneer. Swiggy customer care doesnt give an option to contact them via phone, secondly they ask me to wait for * to * hours and reply me with a mail informing no refund could be made after internal investigation. This is so fraudulent, they should have photos as proof for delivering their food items.
