I have ordered a product from Amazon India during the amazon sale on the **th of Oct ****. I have used my friend's account (das.ankit**@gmail.com) to take the prime benefits and get the order to deliver faster. On the very next day, **th Oct **** I have received one consignment in which ** products I have received though in the amazon app it shows ** products are delivered. Immediately I have called the amazon call center and they assured me to deliver the product till **th Oct.
One product named boAt Stone **** **W Bluetooth Speaker (Rs. ****) is missing. I have attached the bill copy herewith.
When the Product was not delivered, I have called again on **th Oct. They told me that they will have to investigate the matter and asked me to wait till **th of Oct.
On **th Oct, I didn't receive any communication from Amazon, I have called customer care and they denied to refund the amount or return the product. Even they don't agree to share the investigation report or share the docs where the delivery agent has taken my signature while delivering the product.
I hope to solve the queries.
