Is this what Zepto calls "instant service"?
When a company ignores a valid customer complaint for over ** hours, it speaks volumes about its priorities.
₹**,*** order — no refund, no support, no accountability.
Maybe focus on fixing customer experience before marketing "**-minute delivery"
