I booked a flight with the PNR number AMLN*T from Baghdogra to Bangalore on *rd Jan ****. The flight was scheduled for ** Jan **** with two passengers - *. Ringkhang Brahma and *. Gwjwnsaar Brahma. I had to cancel it for some reason on *th Jan ****. Before cancelling I communicated with one of Indigo's customer service executive to check if there is any full refund service from Indigo. I was told that I can get refund of Rs. ****/- and the rest of amount (Rs. ****/-) as a voucher. I was told that I can redeem this voucher for the next ticket purchase and the validity for the voucher is * months. Hence I requested for cancellation. But I didn't receive any communication regarding voucher from Indigo regarding the same. That is why I communicated Indigo again on **th Jan ****. Then I was told that there is no such voucher generated for the cancelled ticket with that PNR number and to write to this email ID regarding the issue.
If I was given correct information in the start itself I would have thought for a better plan and I might not be so hurry in cancelling the ticket. Your help in resolving and geeting my refund is highly appreciated.
