I had booked * metro tickets from Cuffe Parade to CSMT metro station from the Rapido app after payment through the app but I wasn't able to access and scan the QR Code on the scanning machine for traveling in the metro.
Hence, just a genuine request to Rapido to kindly take a look into this matter and generate the refund for the following transaction at the earliest.
