We flew in Indigo Airlines from Bengaluru to Hong Kong on **th Feb ****. We took the ferry from the airport to Macao directly on landing to meet our relatives - this was smoothly done. While coming back we had an Indigo flight return from Hong Kong international airport on **th Feb ****. The government ferry denied us ferry tickets to return to Hong Kong international airport since they said that Indigo did not have any counter at the ferry station at the airport whereas all other airlines had which is the main entry point otherwise we have to go to Hong Kong city but since the Hong Kong visa was not with us we could not enter hong kong . Due to this, we had to buy new tickets on the spot pay for the extra luggage cost for two airlines. We had to come via Bangkok and made us go through a torturous time. It was the day of our anniversary **th Feb **** and only because of Indigo who had given no prior information on how to come back from Macao and what support they have we suffered a massive loss. The customer care also had no clue on the phone and was totally helpless. I want this to be taken up to be compensated for mental harassment and all other expenses.
