My train was cancelled from irctc so the trip did not happen from Mumbai to Sawai Madhopur. Train was booked through MAKEMYTRIP. There is no support being provided to process my refund. I got email from irctc that they have given refund to MakeMyTrip and asking me to collect refund from MakeMyTrip. Their toll free number is of no use as no agent is connected, they have removed email address for complaint from their website. You can't view status of refund anywhere. Request you to kindly help. Booking id is NR****************
