- Makemytrip refund delayed and very less ^Open

I booked a flight from Delhi to Frankfurt (** January ****) and Frankfurt to Delhi (** March ****) by paying **,*** Rs. The airlines were Kuwait Airways. The booking ID is NN************* and PNR is PJO*KH.
I took the flight from Delhi to Frankfurt and everything was fine. I made a date change in the return flight (** March ****) by paying **** Rs. However, the airlines cancelled the flight because of COVID ** outbreak.
I requested MakeMyTrip to book another flight which they completely denied. I talked to Mr Bhupinder Singh regarding the same. He initiated the refund process without even asking me. He told me that the refund amount I will be getting is ***** Rs. He said that Airlines has used ***** Rs for my one-way trip. I asked him to give me the proof which he completely denied. I talked to the Airline and they said that they can not do anything and asked me to contact Makemytrip. Here are the details which Mr Bhupinder Singh forwarded me:

The total amount paid: INR *****
Airlines used fare: INR *****
Make my trip Conv. Fee: INR **** (non-refundable)
Date change fee: INR **** (non-refundable)
Total refund amount: INR *****

It has been * months and I am still unable to contact them on any platform. They are refunding very less amount even when there was not my fault at all. I should be getting half of the amount (~ *****) for my cancelled flight. I am at a loss of ***** Rs. The injustice has been done and I seek your support for getting my money. Please, help me. Thank you very much.
