MakeMyTrip’s leadership and customer service are absolutely rubbish. I’ve been chasing them since **** over a simple issue, and you won’t believe it—it’s still not resolved.
There was a bereavement in my family, so my mother couldn’t travel. We asked them to reissue the ticket, not for a refund, because we knew she would be traveling from Mumbai to London later. But instead of helping, all I get are automated responses. When I call, they just keep repeating: “The airline refused your refund.” But I NEVER asked for a refund—I only wanted a date change.
It’s been well over a year, and I still haven’t got my issue resolved. Meanwhile, my ₹**,*** is stuck with them. And forget about escalating the issue—tag Rajesh Magow, Deep Kalra, anyone on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook—no one responds. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care.
That’s the kind of pathetic, unreliable service you get with MakeMyTrip.
