I booked tickets but transaction failed and only booking number is available as NF**************. No PNR and no ticket no issued as it is still showing failed. makemytrip only refunded seat booking charges. I tried all means but not able to contact with makemytrip.com customer representative and all phone lines ask to go to app or website where there is no way to resolve this issue as no option for refund. When choose refund option due to cancellation by airline, it goes to error page. I also tied to contact airlines but without any PNR/ticket no they are also not able to help. At last I read about this website and writing to it.
