I recently booked air asia flight flexi fare (blr to delhi). Flexi fare is the higher fare offering flexible cancellation Starting *** rs per person (if flight cancelled * days before departure). Flight was booked for me and my wife along with a * year old infant
While trying to cancel i noticed
Airline cancellation : **** - no explanation from mmt on why **** when it is aupposed to be ****
Mmt convenience charges. - *** expected
Mmt trip cancellation - *** . Not sure why on the earth will mmt charge cancellation fee for flight
On top of it there is noone in customer support who can talk. Even on twitter their response is bot at all satisfactory. No explanation
