నేను [బి. శ్రీనివాసరావు] శ్రీ Sk. సబీర్, Taj SS Mobile world, విజయనగరం వారి షాప్ లో DIZO STAR *** Keypad మొబైల్ ను తే:**.**.****దిన మా అమ్మ గారు పేరున కొనుగోలు చేసినాను. *G సిమ్ *G సిమ్ గా మార్చిన అనంతరం తే:**.**.****దిన మొబైల్లో *G సిమ్ ను వేయగా SIM Slot-*లో పనిచేయలేదు, SIM Slot-* పనిచేస్తున్నది అనే విషయంను శ్రీ Sk. సబీర్, Taj SS Mobile world, విజయనగరం వారికి తే:**.**.****దిన ఉదయాన్నే తెలియజేయగా మొబైల్ చూసి మీరే డామేజ్ చేసినారు అని చెప్పి, Realme సర్వీసింగ్ సెంటర్ కి పంపించేయడం జరిగింది తప్పా నా మొబైల్ విషయంలో ఎటువంటి సమస్య పరిష్కారం జరగలేదు సరి కదా నచ్చిన పని చెప్పుకోమని అనడం జరిగింది. మొబైల్ విషయంలో నేను ఎటువంటి డామేజ్ చేయలేదు అని తెలియజేయు చున్నాను. కావున మొబైల్ విషయంలో warranty ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఉద్దేశ్య పూర్వకంగా నన్ను మోసగించిన శ్రీ Sk. సబీర్, Taj SS Mobile world, విజయనగరం వారిపై తగు చర్య తీసుకొని మొబైల్ విషయంలో నాకు న్యాయం చేయవలసినదిగా వినయ పూర్వకముగా ప్రార్ధిస్తూ ఉన్నాను.
