I had purchased "Dizo Watch R" on **-**-**** and as my watch was under warranty I called the dizo customer service on **-**-**** and got one the service center address. But that center denied to accept the servicing of my Dizo watch R and they told me to contact dizo company. So I started writing them mails, and later they said they have shut down all their service center lines and stopped reply to me.
I've all the proofs of my complaints during warranty period. I therefore request for a Refund/Replacement whichever possible.
