The quantity delivered was comparatively less than the order placed (I ordered * packs of * Tandoori Roti but received * pack) and on placing a query with customer support we got lame resolutions, the first one asked us to wait for ** hrs to receive a mail and on refusing for such resolution they have disconnected the call. The other executive we reached offered us a coupon of Rs. ** for the order of Rs. ***. I requested to connect with the higher authority and the same lame resolution was that we have to wait for *-* hours or accept the Rs. ** coupon. Order #***************
