I had ordered * items from Freshmenu in sector **, Gurugram via Swiggy. When the delivery agent arrived I received just one item instead of both.
Been chasing Swiggy customer support and all I am told is wait ** hours. Even in those ** hours and ** hours I never get a response. I pay a premium for the platform fee as a Swiggy One member and get treated like a useless customer.
This isn't the first time Swiggy has done this with me. If I recall it's been atleast ** times they have never provided support. So all their claims are fake in my opion.
