I have send a few of the mails to you, why you guys are making fool to the customers, see today i order a couple of items but i could not get one product and highlighted that and also i got wrong product one so i ask to replace that but i could not get any response for that and close my ticket.
This is way to give the respect to the customer?
Please provide the replacement of my product then i would happy or else i will take one more decision after this discussion.
