I ordered a oneplus band and * lotus facial foam on *st August****. But when i received the package oneplus Band was missing from the box. I am a loyal customer of Amazon since **** but when this happened with me i got shocked. I tried to contact amazon customer service as soon as i know about the fraud. They asked me to wait till Aug * but when i contacted today they are saying nothing can be done. Please help voxya.
