I complained of loss of internet on Aug** **** and nobody rectified the issue for ** days. I am working from home and suffered a lot of inconvenience. I was calling their customer care an service engineers who were rude and impolite. Airtel did not care. I wasted my time and energy and nothing worked. i had to go for another connection from Jio and i had to spend Rs**** for the same.
My first year new connection with Airtel itself did not end. I had to look for another connection. I just want them to waive off my one month bill. They are still charging me unbilled amount. This is ridiculous.
