From * June **** I lodged a complaint to airtel dth . And it is resolved on ** June ****. So I couldn't watch channels for approx ** days . I requested airtel customer care to extend my recharge date for my period where I couldn't watch channels. But they refused . immediately. So we are having prepaid plans so customer are helpless. It is totally fraud on airtel dth company. My mob **********. I have complaint number/ ticket no with me . *********.
