Act fiber has become the worst internet connection company. They are just targeting for new connection and there existing customer they do not give a damm, Some years before after the complain was launched they used to get the internet fixed in max ** hours but now even after repeated call it does not get rectify and as many time you call they say the same line " It will get rectify in ** hours". This ** hours never end. When you call after ** hours they say the same thing and the same process goes on. In the month of august i could not use the internet for almost ** days which is half month and after more than ** call to customer care and totally getting mad at them they did it. In month of September already internet had gone for * days in staring of month and again it went off on **rd Sep and it has been four days no action has still taken .Same reply it will get rectified in ** hours and no one takes action I think now people should stop using ACT. I have never seen any worst customer care apart from ACT. I have so much of anger and frustration that i do not want to write more otherwise i can just go on.
