I have transferred my bike from Chennai to Calicut through Gati Safe Cargo for an amount of Rs ****. In that **** was the refund amount, which they told will get credited after the delivery. After the delivery, I called them but they keep on postponing the refund. Also, they missed my helmet too (costs ****). Now the owner Praveena is not taking any calls.
