I had booked gati safe cargo movers, padiyanallur, redhills, chennai to transport my bike to Kolkata from Chennai....they picked up my bike on *th October **** and assured that it will be delivered within a week time... bt they failed to do so even on today i.e. *th November ****.....when ever i called them **% of the time the dont pick up phone...rest of the time the lady praveena/ anu used to assure me that it will be delivered next week... after a lapse of ** days from handing over my bike to them i threatened her saying i will go to police... then she replied she will deliver it back to me in chennai within * days...bt everyday after that she is saying bike will reach today bt it has not yet given back to me.
