I had booked a new connection on your website on **th Oct, with Work order id *******. Till date, it has not been installed as the registered mobile number is not correct. I have called daily since then on numerous times to change the RTN and also send emails, the customer care executives either hang up or tell me that they have changed the RTN but they actually do not do it. I have call recordings of all the conversations I had with the agents as well as supervisors.
Now the installation is not taking place as the RTN is not correct and they are simply not able to nor willing to change it, but only giving false promises. Neither am i able to cancel the order now.
Since it has been paid at the time of booking. Now I am frustrated with the entire process and have no other option but to resort to filing a consumer complaint against this.
