I have installed Independent tv on *st Jan **** after * months not a single channel is showing in my Tv from last month. It shows Error-* E-** filter is not enough. I have tried to contact their customer care but they did not receive my call for a month. More dreadfully they charge for the call of their customer care and you will not believe that they charge also even if their line is being busy. In my idea cellular I have a free unlimited monthly call plan but from that call cannot be made to independent tv. So I recharged repeatedly to contact them on call and till today I have lost around *** rupees on calling them with their line being busy. From last week they are receiving the call but still, they did not resolve my issue. Upon asking on why they charge my call even if they are busy then their customer care executive did not answer my question. This is purely a fraud case and they are cheating on us. No one can charge our call if their line is busy. I am totally frustrated by this independent tv. As I paid already for a year of amount **** I can't change the company too. Please help me if you can.
