I ordered a wall art from Pepperfry I wasn't there in town so I let me neighbour collect my package. When I returned home to check the product to see it was totally different from what I ordered.i asked for a replacement of the product they say they can't do anything about it. Isn't it their policy to deliver the exact product to the customer. It's not fair at all.
