I have booked air ticket of two men round trip hydrebad to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to hydrebad for april ** and may ** this year. But due to covid pandemic all flights have got cancelled and airlines has refunded amount to customers who booked directly by airlines. But i have booked my air tickests thru goibibo but they are not giving my refund they r giving credit shell which is no use for me. When i calling customer care they r not responding not transferring the call to goibio customer serive pepole to solve it . one stupid robo on phone telling check online options r there. All fruaders are here in goibio .
