I had booked an room using the goibibo mobile application from the list of hotels provided in the couple friendly hotels option but after booking when I went to the hotel they didn't allow to unmarried couples as per their hotel policy,
I want to ask the goibibo why the hotel came in the list of couple friendly hotels if they don't allow there, I see in the application inside the hotel policy it's mentioned unmarried couples are not allowed so how this hotel appears in the list of couple friendly hotels.
