I had done booking for hotel room at Oyo **** Pithla Haveli, Jaisalmer * months back and booking I'd is Olga ****. Accordingly I had reached the Hotel with my wife and baby on ** Dec. at *:** pm. I had been informed by the Hotel manager that they had already sold out and don't have any booking for me and denied for check-in, I had also shows them them message and booking confirmation voucher but the hotel manager does not want to listen any thing and rudely told us to contact Oyo as booking is done with Oyo.
Then I had contacted with Oyo help desk and after * and half hours I had been shifted to another Hotel Oyo **** Hotel Mannat Excellency, when I reached the new hotel I had been again informed that my booking is not with them. After again follow up with your customer service I had been again shifted to another Hotel at **:** pm to Oyo **** Hotel Heera Court.
It was the worstever experience I had ever faced. As after * months prior booking with you I had been completely harrassed as from *:** pm to **:** pm I had been moving from one hotel to another with my family. Your customer service helpdesk also put us on hold for **-** minutes and then calls were disconnected without any resolution and then again I have to describe the entire problem and again on hold for **-** mins.
I want to my booking amount refunded as it is not the Oyo stay I planned.
