Dear Sir,

I have mailed so many times to yatra Dated - **.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****, **.**.****, **.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.****,**.**.**** for cancellation of my holiday home for Andaman. Yatra booking reference no is YH*******, and interaction no is YA:********, YA********, YH******* but till date no response came from their side and refund amount Rs ***** is not credited to my account. As per govt guide line all India is lock down for Corona virus till may ** ****.

As in this situation money is essential for every Indian.

So kindly cooperate me and refund my money as soon as possible by which I can use my money in this critical situation for my family members.

As lock down period is extended so kindly cancel my holiday home and refund my full amount without any deduction. Kindly do it immediately.

This is very sad to inform you that no response came from thier side despite regular follow up since last ** days and money is not credited to my account. I don't understand whether there is any humanity is presence with yatra or not

So kindly cooperate me.
