I had paid Rs **** for the internet connection more than a week ago (**-Sep). But the installation could not be done by the team since the area was not operational. I'm calling Hathway customer care frequently but they just ask to wait and "promise" that I'd get the refund "as soon as possible". It's been more than ** days (**-** days is the standard refund time of Hathway). I'm sick of calling them and get the same reply. Please help do something.
