We had booked our room on **-**-** at *:** pm in Hotel Amulya Inn(OYO*****) located in Bihar Sharif, sherpur. When we entered the reception, the receptionist/owner denied to allot us our rooms which we have booked and started abusing and harassing us because he found better prices for their rooms...and right now at the moment he pushed us out of his hotel and in this Unknown town with my family I'm roaming around.
