My name is Amit Kalra, and I would like to take legal action against Indigo Airlines for the harassment and inconvenience caused due to flight delay *E-** scheduled to depart from Delhi to Istanbul at **:** am on **th Dec ****. The flight was first delayed by more than * hours and rescheduled to **:** and then to **:**. There was total chaos at the airport and the flight didn't take off until **:** pm. Moreover, there was no clear communication or cooperation by Indigo staff and it was a total mess at the airport.
I have made the arrangements to celebrate my first marriage anniversary in Istanbul on **th of December, booked a hotel and planned a surprise dinner for my wife which was totally ruined by the delay in flight. We reached our hotel in Istanbul at **:** pm in the night and obviously our entire day was wasted, and the plan was ruined. Thanks to their pathetic service for ruining my first marriage anniversary.
I would like to register a formal complaint against the airline as their pathetic service has spoiled my entire trip and holiday in Istanbul. Because of their flight delay we wasted our hotel booking for **th December, couldn't go for dinner and it further impacted our holiday plan as per our itinerary.
