Today I had booked a bike with crn number ********** but the driver intentionally drove away without giving me the scope to board the bike after taking the OTP from me as he demanded cash payment and refused the online mode of payment and after sometime he closed the trip and payment was charged to my account as this was done with a view to harass me and waste my time hence immediately complaint was lodged at the ola app where continuously after following up for a long time then the amount was reversed so I want that strict actions and punishment should be imposed strictly on the driver for such kinds of intentionally harassing me and creating my mental agony
