- Harassment and disturbance ^Open

I have been getting disturbed a lot from SBI since **.**.**** regarding transaction alerts sent to my email id that is bheemappa@gmail.com for the unknown accounts ending with ****** belongs to SBI. I have been complaining to them(SBI contact centre) since **.**.****.
Even I have complained to RBI ombudsman. But no action has been taken by any of them .
I have been getting disturbed by frequent alerts from unknown accounts as per the attached pics.
I would to know whether they have any mechanisms to verify emaild while updating for their account and sending alerts.
I have account with SBI CV RAMAN NAGAR with Acc. No. ***********.
But why am I getting alerts from unknown accounts which are confusing and disturbing me a lot.
I have been getting emails allerts for unknown accounts of SBI ie. account nos ending with **** which belongs to SBI branch at Gurumatkal and account nos. ******, ******. In this regard I have already complained to SBI contact Centre on **.**. **** and to my branch at CV Raman Nagar Bangalore . They have not taken any action about this. As I am having SBI account at CV Raman Nagar Bengaluru, I am not able to block the emails from SBI as I won't get alerts for my account transactions. Still I have been getting disturbed by transaction alerts of unknown accounts of SBI.
I request you take action and send legal notice with compensation of disturbance and mental torture I have undergone so far.
