From the last couple of days i am suffering hold on my account for rs.**** for i
a transaction which i have done successfully and due to issue in their bank server they have put my money on hold for no reason, I Study in delhi and for minor needs now i have to be dependent on friend and relative. This was the only means of money by which i get through my parents who residing in Datia. I have complained online complain to tell me why their is hold on my account but they are saying they can arrange a callback for that but not callback has been arranged i dont even know the reason for my hold ,till date their is no solution, my study is completely hampered,my physical and mental condition is deteriorating day by day.
this is our digital India where for a minor issue we people have to suffer a lot but after all result is zero.
