Hi Team,
This is regarding my Goibibo flight booking for travel on ** January ****, which was cancelled as the flight was non-operational.
I had requested a refund for the cancelled tickets and was informed that the refund would be processed after confirmation from the airline. Upon checking with the airline (Akasa Air), I was informed that the refund had already been initiated and processed by them more than a month ago.
I have also verified the ticket status, which shows that the refund has been processed. Additionally, I contacted Akasa Air’s Appellate Officer, who confirmed that the refund was initiated and advised me to follow up with the travel agency for further processing.
However, Goibibo has still not processed my refund amount of *INR ,, and I am unable to get any further communication regarding this issue. I kindly request you to escalate this matter and assist me in receiving my refund at the earliest.
