I booked hotel for * days in puri, orissa vide booking I'd ********** and **********. Hotelier did not allowed me to check in at goibibo rates and charged rs.**** extra from me. I suffered mental harassment and my tour had started on a bad note due to this. Please help me in getting it resolved as nobody is responding
