I have purchased **** gift card of jio mart and want to add this in wallet. I have not find any option there so I go to payment page where I recently saw the option of gift card add. When I add gift card than I saw there ****rs , there is only one option of proceed , when I click on the option ordered placed, I had quickly cancel the order but I saw there is only *** rs refund and remaining amount not in my wallet. When I contact to customer care then they refused to refund my remaining amount as well as don't register my complaint. Kindly register my complaint and help me to provide my money back.
