My flight was from Dubai to Kolkata on **th May **** which was cancelled by the Airlines. I neither received any option for alternate flight nor they provided any option of rescheduled flight. Also I did not even receive any compensation for the Hotel stay.
So, first of all I want compensation. Secondly when I applied for refund, they gave me only Rs.****/- whereas my tickets value was Rs.*****/- so they never gave full refund for my cancelled tickets.
