We had booked our flight from New Delhi to Chicago (via Abu Dhabi) for me and my wife on **rd February **** through Yatra.com (scheduled for **th March ****). Due to COVID-**, the flight was cancelled, however no status updates were provided beforehand by the Travel agent (Yatra.com). Despite, repeated chasers and phone calls to Yatra.com and airlines directly, I was disguised by Yatra.com to reach out to airlines for refund process. While I continued to run pillar-to-post after almost ** days, my claim of Full refund has not been processed by Yatra.com.
